$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality menu, motivating staff, and maintaining revenue, profitability, and quality standards. Your role includes ensuring efficient operations, high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

To succeed, you should have management experience, especially in front-of-house management, and lead by example to uplift staff during busy periods. Ultimately, you will ensure smooth restaurant operations and a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Review product quality regularly
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage the restaurant’s image and suggest improvements
  • Control operational costs and reduce waste
  • Promote the Proximo & ObiCai brand
  • Train staff on customer service practices
  • Implement policies for future operations
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items of 50 pounds
Skills
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
