Job summary

Bonita Bay Club Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead service operations, train staff, and ensure a positive dining experience for members in both à la carte and catering settings.

The role requires 5+ years in event or food-management, 2+ years in F&B management, strong organizational and customer service skills, and availability for nights, holidays, and weekends. You will coordinate with suppliers and deliver excellent service to members and guests.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 5 years of previous event or food-management experience.
• Must have 2 years of experience in a food and beverage management role.
• Must be highly organized, accurate, and task-oriented.
• Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Must have the ability to make independent decisions and be a creative problem solver.
• Requires excellent written, oral, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise service personnel and ensure a positive member restaurant experience.
• Monitor service standards and oversee service staff.
• Assist in special events and holiday events and coordinate with vendors.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality service.

a Day In The Life Of a Restaurant Manager

Bonita Bay Club's Restaurant Manager will be responsible for training and supervising service personnel and will be accountable for a positive member restaurant experience. The Restaurant Manager will positively motivate service staff and coordinate a smooth and timely service delivery of quality food and beverage, in both à la carte and catering environments. It will be your job to monitor service standards, oversee service staff, assist in special events and holiday events, and work closely with suppliers and vendors. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for training staff and providing excellent customer service to Club Members & guests.

Job Skills And Requirements

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of previous event or food-management experience
• Must have 2 years of experience in a food and beverage management role.
