Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a restaurant leader to manage hourly staff and ensure top guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews while driving sales and service standards across the front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires.
• Direct work by setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food in line with recipes and procedures.
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.
• Enforce safety measures to protect employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs with weekly inventory.
• Understand and apply safe food handling procedures.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals.

Pay

$55,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees.
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant.
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures.
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps.
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory.
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures.
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals.
