Job Duties Include:

• Executing Fricker's unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits.
• Driving positive sales growth.
• Maintaining a safe, secure environment by following all food-safety, sanitation standards, and procedures.
• Achieving optimal staff performance through communication, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and policy enforcement.
• Controlling costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
• Recruiting, selecting, and training quality staff to meet staffing objectives.

Job Requirements:

• At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting.
• Steady employment history with at least 2 professional references.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a focus on customer/guest service.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
