Job summary

Hillstone Restaurant Group is seeking leaders for its Management Team who will progress through an 8-week self-directed training program covering dining room to kitchen roles. After training, you’ll guide, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining top-tier service and operational efficiency.

Locational flexibility is offered nationwide with relocation support; starting salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 based on experience, with performance-based upside.

• Performance-based pay, with many General Managers earning over $200K annually.
