Job summary

Cracker Barrel in Park City, KS is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring every guest experience reflects our hospitality and dedication to country-style service.

You will coach a diverse team, optimize inventory and staffing, and uphold Cracker Barrel’s standards while fostering a culture of teamwork and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 1 year with Cracker Barrel.
• Willing to work 50 hours per week, including holidays and weekends.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back-of-house operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver Cracker Barrel's service standards.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and adherence to brand policies.

As a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager, you’re not just running a restaurant, you’re a leader who focuses on the people and the place. You’ll oversee both font-and back-of-house operations, ensuring our guest and team members know that we are committed to Always Serving Up More Than a Meal. With your leadership, you’ll coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and deliver on the kind of guest experience we’re known for. Backed by the right tools and training, you’ll set the example and inspire your team to share the goodness of country hospitality.
