Role Expectations

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead the restaurant, support seamless service, develop your team, and partner with the kitchen to ensure quality. You will be fully trained in operations, financials, and leadership, with opportunities for career growth based on your goals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations including food prep, guest relations, and service standards
  • Manage all areas during service, ensure standards are met, and address issues promptly
  • Handle financial operations like cash management, invoice coding, vendor relations
  • Manage human resources, including scheduling and staff coaching
  • Forecast inventory needs and participate in hiring
  • Develop incentive programs and sales strategies
  • Ensure food quality and recipe adherence
  • Make labor decisions and recognize staff performance
Qualifications
  • At least 21 years old
  • Two years of managerial experience
  • College degree in business or hospitality preferred
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and reach up to 6 feet
  • Comfortable navigating small spaces
