Ruth's Chris Columbus is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and Chef in daily operations. You will supervise the Front and Back-of-House teams and ensure our guests experience the genuine hospitality Ruth's Chris has delivered for decades.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in hospitality, strong communication, and a high school diploma or GED. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends, and offers benefits such as health, dental/vision

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant/hospitality experience required.
• Strong communication skills with ability to mentor hourly team members.
• Successful completion of corporate training program required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
