Job summary

Ruth’s Chris in San Diego is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in daily restaurant operations. You will supervise Front of House and Back of House teams to deliver genuine hospitality and elevated service.

The role emphasizes developing team members, driving guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food, beverage, and service. A strong leadership presence and adaptability are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
• High School Diploma or GED.
