The Wolak Group, a Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee operating in Oswego, NY, is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction.

You will oversee team performance, manage profits and losses, and coordinate with suppliers while ensuring compliance and a high standard of service. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Here’s who we are looking for:

• Someone with prior experience as a manager, including profit and loss responsibility

• Someone that has prior experience with POS Management Systems

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
