Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Robert's Pizza and Dough Company. The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, and fostering a positive work environment that translates to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team management, guest experience, financial, and operational performance.
  2. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver memorable guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
  3. Coordinate and schedule the team to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and special events.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock while minimizing waste.
  5. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly, aiming for resolution that satisfies all parties.
  6. Implement and oversee health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  7. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute training strategies to drive business growth and enhance reputation.
  8. Work with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business and community presence.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting as needed.
