Bubba's 33 in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered at all times. Bubba's 33 is part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead hourly staff, drive sales, manage schedules and training, and uphold safety and cost controls while providing a rewarding and collaborative work environment with room for advancement.

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager in hospitality.
• Strong leadership of FOH and BOH operations.
• Commitment to Legendary Food and Legendary Service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Direct, coach and discipline hourly staff; performance reviews.
• Review applications, interview, hire or recommend hires.
• Set hours, schedules and assign tasks before, during and after open hours.
• Drive sales, steps of service and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule FOH/BOH training.
• Oversee food production and adherence to recipes.
• Enforce food safety and security measures.
• Manage food, supplies and liquor costs with weekly inventories.
• Create a safe, fun and clean work environment.
• Ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times.

Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for making sure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and working in a kitchen,

As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities would include:

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
