Position Overview

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our service team!

The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations by leading with positivity and approachability. Responsibilities include participating in menu changes, hiring, training, supervising staff, and addressing issues proactively. The role also involves maintaining communication logs, monitoring labor and scheduling to optimize productivity and profit. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000/year DOE + generous quarterly bonus
