We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our standards of Legendary Food and Service. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guest satisfaction and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities
  1. Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  2. Review applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
  3. Assign work, set hours, and create weekly schedules for staff.
  4. Drive sales, ensure steps of service, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  5. Provide and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
  6. Supervise food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.
  7. Conduct formal Taste & Temperature tests.
  8. Enforce security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests.
  9. Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
  10. Practice safe food handling procedures.
  11. Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.
