Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Restaurant Manager to supervise daily dining operations across our dining rooms and restaurants, ensuring residents and guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

The role requires on-floor presence during meal service, leadership of staff, adherence to policies, and collaboration with other department managers. We offer strong benefits including Next day pay and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment

Pay Range

$58,350.00 - $74,463.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
