Job summary

Cracker Barrel in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house operations with a people-first approach. You will coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to work a 50-hour week including holidays and weekends. Valid driver’s license required.
