Job summary

Cracker Barrel in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring guests and team members feel valued.

You’ll coach your team, manage inventory, and deliver the warm country hospitality Cracker Barrel is known for. This role requires 2–5+ years of management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work five 10-hour shifts per week including holidays and weekends.
