Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house operations and deliver the renowned guest experience. You’ll coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and set the tone for hospitality excellence with strong people leadership.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of restaurant management and can work a 50-hour week, including holidays. A valid driver’s license is required to drive and supervise daily operations.

As a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager, you’re not just running a restaurant, you’re a leader who focuses on the people and the place. You’ll oversee both front-and back-of-house operations, ensuring our guest and team members know that we are committed to Always Serving Up More Than a Meal. With your leadership, you’ll coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and deliver on the kind of guest experience we’re known for.
