Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager who leads both front-of-house and kitchen operations to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will coach your team, manage inventory, and ensure guests receive a warm, memorable experience in a fast-paced setting.

We value leadership, reliability, and a hands-on approach to daily operations. The role requires 2–5+ years of restaurant management and the ability to work five 10-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends, on-site in Belton, TX.

Qualifications

• Manages full restaurant experience from kitchen to front-of-house
• Balances operations with people-first leadership
• Stays calm under pressure to guide teams through busy shifts
• Requires 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Availability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
• Must have a valid driver’s license

With your leadership, you’ll coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and deliver on the kind of guest experience we’re known for.
