Job Summary: As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of service, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and staff. You will be responsible for leading a team, driving revenue, and upholding the brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated service staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure a high level of service.
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Monitor and manage overall restaurant cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Guest Experience:
  • Uphold the brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality by ensuring guests receive outstanding service.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Financial Management:
  • Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, including food, beverage and labor expenses.
  • Work with the management team to Implement effective strategies to drive sales.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality standards and optimize costs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
