Overview

Woodfield Boca Raton is adding to its Food & Beverage management team. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations. The manager will ensure the highest standards of service, including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, and the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities. The manager will provide supervision and training to staff and will develop programs to increase sales within the restaurant while implementing controls to maintain budgeted costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the restaurant to exceed member and guest expectations.


• Maintain high standards for dining room appearance, service hospitality, and cleanliness of facilities.


• Supervise, mentor, and train staff; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.


• Develop and implement programs to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction.


• Monitor budgets and apply controls to maintain budgeted food, labor, supplies, and other cost goals.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel or country club.


• Strong customer service and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication.


• Hospitality/management degree or relevant experience; knowledge of JONAS is preferred.


• Flexible schedule to work 5–6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
