Nbutexas is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager in Florida to lead daily upscale casual dining operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service and food quality.

You will coach Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams, participate in hiring and labor management, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant environment with annual sales volumes of $3 million or greater.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven history of career progression and stability.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lead both dining room and kitchen operations.
