Job summary

Woodfield-Boca Raton is adding to its Food & Beverage management team.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations; our candidate will assure the highest standards of service are met, including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, as well as the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities, and will provide supervision and training to staff.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, within a country club or hotel.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Must have excellent communication and computer skills; knowledge of JONAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff; develop and implement programs to increase sales.
• Ensure highest standards of service, dining room appearance, and hospitality of staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage facilities and control budgets for food, labor, supplies.

Candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work 5-6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidaysand weekends.
