Job summary

WoodfieldBoca Raton is adding to its Food & Beverage management team. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations.

The candidate will assure the highest standards of service, dining room appearance, hospitality of staff, and cleanliness of facilities, while providing supervision and training to staff. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant within a country

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant.
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must have excellent communication and computer skills, knowledge of JONAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service standards and dining room presentation to exceed member and guest expectations.
• Supervise and train staff; develop and implement programs to increase sales.
• Ensure budgeted food, labor, and other costs are met and controls are in place.

Our ideal candidate must have3-4 yearsof supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, within a country club or hotel, with strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.Must have excellent communication and computer skills, knowledge of JONAS preferred. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work 5-6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidaysand weekends.
