Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered consistently.

The manager will lead hourly teams, drive sales, train staff, and manage inventory while upholding food safety standards in a dynamic, community-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hourly staff and conducting performance evaluations
• Ability to interview, hire or recommend hourly employees
• Experience creating and managing weekly schedules and tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and adherence to service steps
• Provide training and supervision for staff and ensure proper food handling procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed
• Review applications, interview candidates, and hire or recommend hires
• Manage inventory, costs, and weekly food/supply controls

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for making sure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times.

As a Restaurant Manager, Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
