Responsibilities include:

• Managing hourly staff, conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hires
• Directing work schedules and task assignments for staff
• Driving sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction
• Providing and scheduling training for Front and Back of House teams
• Supervising food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing security measures to ensure safety of staff and guests
• Managing inventory for food, supplies, and liquor
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals
