Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead high-volume operations and guest experiences. Compensation ranges from $58,000 to $65,000 per year, with incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

You will manage shifts, scheduling, and daily decisions, coach the restaurant team, ensure quality and cleanliness, and drive continuous improvement while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Understanding of business operations and financials.
• Ability to manage shifts, scheduling, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Coach, lead, and develop restaurant team.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage on-the-fly requests with poise.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems).
