Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a strategic recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried restaurant management positions across multiple locations. You will recruit General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and other leadership roles while handling high-volume requisitions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Restaurant, hospitality, and/or multi-unit recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience recruiting salaried restaurant management positions preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried restaurant management positions across locations.
• Recruit General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and other management roles.
• Manage high-volume requisitions across multiple locations and markets.
• Partner with Regional Managers, HR, and Operations leaders on hiring priorities.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of restaurant and hospitality management talent.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and evaluate experience, leadership background, compensation expectations, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Communicate with Operations about pipelines, hiring progress, recruiting challenges, and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies for challenging positions and markets.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS, prioritize changing needs.
