You'll filter oil fryers daily, tidy grounds, clean windows, unload deliveries, change light bulbs, and ensure HVAC/exhaust units are free of debris. This hands-on role relies on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance role ensures restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Tasks include daily fryer oil filtering and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
