Responsibilities include fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, deep cleaning, unloading deliveries, waste management, lighting, and HVAC exhaust cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ability to operate and maintain basic equipment safely.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and walkways.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice weekly.
• Take out and empty trash and compactors.
• Change light bulbs and replace HVAC/exhaust debris.
