Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person for a Corporation-owned restaurant. You will help maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and keep equipment in good working order, supporting the management team daily.

You’ll perform routine tasks such as oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, stock room upkeep, and trash removal, while following safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role requires ability to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness.
• Experience with restaurant equipment upkeep is helpful but not always required.
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week and manage trash.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
