Job summary

The Maintenance Person position at McDonald’s franchisee is responsible for assisting management in achieving and maintaining cleanliness and proper operation of restaurant equipment. The role includes daily fry oil filtration, grounds maintenance, and routine cleaning tasks around the facility.

Responsibilities also cover restocking, unloading deliveries, trash management, lighting, and HVAC exhaust cleaning to support a safe and efficient dining environment.

Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stockrooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
