McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person for a franchisee-operated restaurant in Gettysburg. You'll support the team by keeping interior and exterior areas spotless and ensuring equipment is clean and serviced, enabling smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, stock room upkeep, trash removal, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning to maintain a welcoming, safe dining space.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
