Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to support the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurant interior and exterior. You’ll work as part of the Maintenance Team to keep equipment in good condition and the dining area inviting for guests.

Responsibilities include oil fryer maintenance, grounds upkeep, window cleaning, trash management, and routine facility checks. This role offers benefits and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
