McDonald’s franchise opportunity is seeking a Maintenance Person to assist in keeping a busy restaurant clean and well-maintained. The role focuses on interior and exterior upkeep, including equipment cleaning and routine checks to support daily operations.

You will work with the maintenance team to follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Interest in cleanliness and upkeep of a busy restaurant environment.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs and maintain HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
• Assist management in achieving restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
