Job summary

McDonald’s Franchise is seeking a Maintenance Person to join the maintenance team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will help maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and support restaurant equipment upkeep to ensure high standards of operation.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, trash removal, light bulb changes, and HVAC unit cleaning, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and retirement benefits as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Operate to maintain restaurant equipment and orderliness.
• Carry out tasks such as trash removal, light maintenance, and window cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
• Maintain general cleanliness of the store.
