Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas including tickets to our Facilities team.
• Unload incoming deliveries and count for accuracy. Help replenish necessary stock.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems in the restaurant to follow all procedures and protocols.
• Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.
• Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety and satisfaction.
• Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient equipment maintenance of the restaurant.
