You will work with the maintenance team to keep interiors and exteriors clean, maintain equipment, unload deliveries, and assist with utility tasks while following Safety and Quality standards. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Maintains outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Maintains restaurant equipment and performs routine upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
