McDonald’s restaurant in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Person to support the team in keeping the dining area and exterior areas clean and well-maintained. You will help manage general maintenance tasks and ensure equipment is functioning properly in a high-volume environment.

The role focuses on daily upkeep, building cleanliness, and assisting with store facilities to support a safe and welcoming customer experience. Training and tools are provided to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
