McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant in Hendersonville, NC is hiring a Maintenance Person to support interior and exterior cleanliness and to maintain restaurant equipment. You will work with the maintenance team to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-functioning.

Responsibilities include fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, and routine equipment cleaning. This role offers competitive pay and a range of benefits through the corporate program.

Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant facility maintenance and cleaning is ideal.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and support cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
