McDonald’s serves as a corporate-owned restaurant operator seeking a Maintenance Person in Hendersonville, TN. The role supports management in keeping the interior and exterior areas clean and ensuring equipment runs smoothly to deliver quality service.

Responsibilities include fryer maintenance, grounds upkeep, cleaning tasks, trash handling, light maintenance, and HVAC/Exhaust cleaning. The position offers strong benefits through Archways to Opportunity and health coverage, with paid vacation

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
