McDonald’s Franchisee-owned restaurant in Hillsborough, NC is hiring a Maintenance Person to support management in maintaining cleanliness and equipment. You will help with daily cleaning, oil fryer filtration, and basic upkeep to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly.

The role includes outdoor grounds maintenance, trash removal, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits through the franchisee, including education programs and health

Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant maintenance tasks is preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning and basic equipment upkeep.
• Willingness to assist with multiple store upkeep duties.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week; take out and empty trash; change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
