Duties include, but are not limited to cosmetic repair, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and on-demand service calls.# # *Supervisory Responsibilities:** None## Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* Responsible for overall repair & maintenance of all Wendy’s and Which Wich restaurants.* Performs cosmetic repairs such as tile work, painting, etc.* Performs preventative maintenance on kitchen cooking equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems* Responds to on-demand service requests for cooking equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems* Maintains working knowledge of electrical & plumbing systems* Oversees external service providers when dispatched* Records maintenance and repair work via internal maintenance ticketing system* Supports and facilitates organizational changes, continuous improvement, and communication* Embodies personal leadership qualities through the following: Be in the moment to ensure authentic and humanistic interactions.
