Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to support Chick-fil-A restaurants exclusively through a best-in-class service network. The role offers independence in the field with strong technical and operational support, enabling you to diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment and related building systems.

You will travel within the defined local market and uphold safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Technical trade school training and/or hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of related trade experience or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license and insurance.
• Experience servicing kitchen equipment, facilities, or construction systems.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and remove commercial kitchen equipment.
• Service cooking equipment, refrigeration, HVAC systems, and base building systems.
• Respond to service requests within SLAs.
• Maintain organized service vehicle and inventory.
• Complete documentation including work orders and receipts.
• Engage with equipment partners and vendors.
