McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant seeks a Maintenance Person to support cleanliness, equipment upkeep and safe operations. The position is employed by the independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, with responsibilities across interior and exterior maintenance.

The role includes daily cleaning, equipment upkeep and basic fixes to keep the restaurant running smoothly, in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with daily cleaning, equipment upkeep and basic maintenance tasks to support restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
