Job summary

As part of the Maintenance Team, you will perform tasks from filtering fryers to cleaning HVAC units and unloading deliveries, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and maintaining equipment.
• As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will be supported with tools and training to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2-3 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
