Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person to support the team in keeping both the interior and exterior of the restaurant clean and well-maintained. You will assist in maintaining equipment, cleaning facilities, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, and proactive upkeep of HVAC and lighting.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining interior and exterior areas of a fast-food restaurant.
• Ability to follow cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure safety and quality.
• Capacity to work as part of a team and support management in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
