Qualifications

• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to clean and maintain restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Comfort with physical tasks and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
