Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance or facilities tasks preferred.
• Ability to multitask and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and entrances.
• Clean equipment, interiors and windows; stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash and compactors.
• Change light bulbs and check basic electrical fixtures.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
