McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person for our Ohio-area restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The role focuses on keeping the interior and exterior areas clean, maintaining restaurant equipment, and supporting management with daily tasks.

You will work as part of a maintenance team, with responsibilities including fryer oil filtration, ground upkeep, window cleaning, stock room care, and routine maintenance of HVAC/exhaust areas.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as part of a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily to maintain quality and safety.
• Maintain outside grounds and keep areas clean.
